A pigeon story of my father-in-law
When my husband was little, his family found a new born pigeon in a car wash one day. They thought that because of some reason, it's mother left it on the ground, and also they couldn't find out where it came from, so finally father-in-law decided to be a temporary pigeon mother.
Every morning, he will feed the bird before work, after he gets home, he also plays with the bird for a while before he does his stuff. Because it doesn't know how to fly yet, making trouble at home was it's hobby.
"It just listened to father, it kept doing naughty things with other people though, like use it's beak to pluck your hair, or peck your arms. And it was a proud bird, not easy to let you touch." my husband said.
It has been loyal to my father. Day after day, a small pigeon to be a big pigeon, but it still couldn't fly." Father-in-law sounded sad. "I hope it can go back to it's world one day."
"Every morning and nightfall, it would keep looking at other birds that were flying in the sky, sometime it tried to shake it's wings a bit, but still can't fly." In a few weeks, he kept trying to give it flying lessons and decrease it's food, hoping the bird can try to fly and go out for food.
After a season, the pigeon could fly with the other birds in the sky finally, but at night, it would still return to sleep. Just sometimes it would go out for food or hang out with other birds.
Father-in-law wants it back to its world, so he was going to stop the food for it and not allow it to get in the house anymore. But the pigeon just did the same as before, sometimes standing on their neighbor's rooftop wathing the door, and slept under the eaves.
At the end of the story my father-in-law drove to a nearby field to free the bird, but you can't believe, it returned home the next day. Then he tried driving four hours to free it again, this time, it never came back.
The pigeon is gone, but father-in-law sometimes will still look at the sky and think. I think he won't forget the pigeon forever.

Banana And Chocolate Wonton....Crispy
Ingredients: (For 3 persons)
2.......................Bananas
10g...................Cocoa
60g...................Chocolate
8.......................Wonton wrapper
Processing:
1. Blend a banana into a paste, cut another one into pieces.
2. Put chocolate in a bowl, and place the bowl in hot water to melt.
3. Mix the banana paste and cocoa with the melted chocolate
evenly, then put it in the fridge for 20 mins to let it harden.
(This process could make the filing easier to fill in the wrapper )
4. Take out the mixture from frigde, then add banana pieces,
mix well.
5. Fill the filling in wrapper, and fold in triangle shape.
6. Add some oil in frying pan, fry the wontons until gloden colour on each side with medium heat, then serve.
This dessert should be served hot. Crispy outside with warm chocolate filling, oh, how awsome!!
